About Me
Hello! I'm Baptiste Contini, a 26-year-old web developer.Graduated from Epitech (Master’s degree), my years of intensive training have given me autonomy as well as strong teamwork skills.During my work-study program at SogetiLabs (Capgemini), I strengthened my technical skills, especially in ReactJS, while adopting a software craftsmanship approach. I also deepened my knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and learned to handle tight deadlines, particularly during client hackathons where fast iteration was crucial.At the end of my studies, I embarked on an entrepreneurial journey with the #EntrepreneurLeader network and created The Dice Guild, a community-based PWA application. After two years of full-time development, the project has around 100 users. This experience gave me a solid product and business vision. By leading strategic steps such as benchmarking and user interviews, I learned to anticipate problems and put myself in the user's shoes to design appropriate solutions. I also took on the role of technical lead, while factoring in the project's budget and time constraints to ensure the relevance and viability of technical choices.I am currently a Fullstack Developer at Artefact.
